Farm fresh apples

We grow a number of varieties of apples including Pink Lady, Pink Kiss, Royal Gala, Lady Williams, Fuji and Sundowner.

Pink Lady apples, our major crop, are harvested from late April through to mid May. The first harvest of apples (starting with Royal Gala) begins mid February whilst the last variety (Lady Williams) are harvested late May. Contact us to make an order.

Nectarines

We also grow both yellow & white fleshed nectarines. Harvest for the stone fruit commences around mid-December and continues through to mid-late March.

We have attempted to plant varieties that will fit in together so as to ensure a continuous supply of quality fruit throughout the summer and autumn months with the possible view in mind of eventually establishing a direct market outlet showcasing the delightful fruit of the Adelong and Tumut area. We also anticipate entering the agri-tourism industry in the future along with other farming enterprises in our area.

Apple Slinky Machine

It's an apple peeler, slicer and corer all-in-one made from sturdy Die-caste metal. Excellent for using with dehydrators, slinky apples, cooking apples pies and sauces. Takes the effort out of eating and cooking with apples.

The apple slinky machine is fitted with a sturdy suction base to prevent movement and to ensure safety. Even little hands can use it simply. It's also easy to clean ... just run under water or pop it into the dishwasher!
